📦 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Story Tiles as much as we loved creating them. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns:

30-Day Return Window: You may return your Story Tiles within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Because each tile is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, size, or style preference.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or with printing errors, contact us at support@[yourdomain].com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue — we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.

Since digital portraits are custom-created and delivered electronically, they are non-refundable and non-returnable once delivered.

✅ Revisions: If there’s a mistake in the artwork (e.g., wrong photo used or missing details from your original submission), we’re happy to offer one free revision within 7 days of delivery.
❌ Non-Refundable: Due to the personalized nature of digital files, refunds are not available once the final artwork has been delivered and approved.
📩 Delivery Issues: If you haven’t received your digital file within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll resolve it promptly.
